The year 2020 is a totally different era, unusual for everyone! Be it for a student, youngster, a woman, an old person. Or Any professional, business tycoon, whomsoever you are! Everyone is facing the same problem, irrespective of which country you live in. For the first time, this era of 2020 became a big challenge for human beings. This year, covid gave us the hardest time, but on the other side this covid era gave wings to some golden birds, those are stuck to fly. This era made people’s life rotate at @360 degrees. The COVID pandemic has turned our lives upside down. But the people on another side, who were ready to accept the challenge, changed their lives. Covid taught us that, everyone can “turn their hardest time into a chance.” by having positive thoughts about life. Let us understand this mindfulness by a small story: – Once upon a time, a man found a butterfly that was starting to hatch from its cocoon. He sat down and watched the butterfly for hours as it struggled to force itself through a tiny hole. Then, it suddenly stopped making progress and looked like it was stuck. Therefore, the man decided to help the butterfly out. He took a pair of scissors and cut off the remaining bit of the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily, although it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings. The man thought nothing of it, and he sat there waiting for the wings to enlarge to support the butterfly. However, that never happened. The butterfly spent the rest of its life unable to fly, crawling around with small wings and a swollen body. Despite the man’s kind heart, he didn’t understand that the restricting cocoon and the struggle needed by the butterfly to get itself through the small hole were God’s way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings to prepare itself for flying once it was free. In this story, man could not understand that everyone has their own journey, their own path. He had no patience to go through a tough but ultimate path. Always remember “A smooth sea never made a skillful sailor.”
Yes, the proverb is 100 % true, everyone has the possibility to succeed, strength to do anything. But before getting this success everyone must clear that tough exam taken by nature. Nature sometimes gives us unusual hard times, so that we can evolve and achieve our best. Our struggles in life help to develop our strengths. Without struggles, we never grow and get stronger. So it is important for us to tackle challenges on our own, and not rely on help from others all the time. Few positive thoughts about life that coronavirus pandemic helped us learn, 1.People are more in touch with friends and family, personal relations evolved. It gave us time to restructure life, break into a routine. We have finally found time for losing weight, pursuing our hobbies, reconnecting with our healthy old habits, getting back to books. 3.It is giving us a way of thinking of being hygienic physically and mentally. We understood the Importance of Health and Hygiene. Doing yoga, exercise, and finding a way of healing . 4.We become more empathetic, with more humanity . 5.Most of us may have been successfully able to complete our dream courses, training programs, personality development sessions, and a lot more than that we were desperately struggling to find time for! 6.We have understood the value of our and others’ lives and how each moment is a blessing. 7.We have been experiencing things, we once deeply wished for. Found our inner strength, weakness, and most importantly mindfulness.
Friends, there is a famous saying that “We have our plans, but the universe has something different for us.” We make plans based on assumptions, and we get hurt when we fail to fulfill those plans. We do not have enough understanding of God’s teaching, and we fail to understand their way of giving strength to us. Challenge (1) – Wait, watch & have faith. Always remember, everything takes its own time. Have some patience and wait for the right moment. Task 1. Always remember, God has a different plan for you, wait, watch & keep the faith. We should have the passion to wait for the right moment. Author- Ranjana Awasthi is a Life Coach, Motivational speaker, Yoga Trainer, and NLP Coach
