WHAT THE SATURN NEPTUNE CONJUNCTION OF 2026 MEANS FOR MANKIND AND A BOOK THAT MAY HELP

n February 2026 Saturn conjoins with Neptune at 0 degrees of Aries, arguably the most important degree of the zodiac. In fact, there is little dispute about this. Aries is a Cardinal sign and as such action results, it is not a reflective sign, it is Mars, the warrior God in its symbology and Mars doesn’t just sit and ruminate. Something happens with Mars, it goes on the attack.

Without overloading on the meaning of the planets, which you may already know, Saturn is order and discipline and Neptune is dissolution and idealism. These two do not sit easily together and neither of them work particularly well in Aries. The last time Saturn and Neptune met at this point was in 4061 BC, so it’s rare and we have little to go on by way of comparison. So what might this conjunction mean for us here on earth? Astrology does not come with certitude but we can suppose.

This indicates the start of something, something immense, something to do with the way we develop from here, because we will be dealing with things differently. For a start the two combined isn’t easy to predict. It depends which planet comes to the fore. It can indicate a dissolution of past certainties, the whole structure we rely on for our daily existence falling apart. This could translate into bank collapses, the collapses of our entire economic structure, our earlier certainties dissolving as Neptune takes over. It could be appalling for the UK economy as the conjunction falls in the 8th house (Western placements).

On the plus side there could be added compassion to structures or received religions could fall apart. We will become more aware of ourselves as creators. The image of an austere God with a set of rules will dissolve.

You may feel this is already mainstream, and to an extent you’re correct, but there are many collectives in society where authority figures hold sway and this will collapse as we start to understand that we are responsible.

With responsibility comes compassion, spirituality, understanding. Saturn dissolves into Neptune. Change does not come without a push, and we could see enormous, huge, gigantic change in our public bodies, our governments, our safety. It could be dramatic and drama is not always easy. Let’s be aware that this is an absolutely enormous conjunction on a geo-centric level, and that the way we view life will be radically altered.
