We continue to live our life on the same plane of awareness, circling around the same patterns without being aware of it.

Before you learn to interact with your higher self, let’s look at a few reasons to do so:
1. Gaining a bird-eye view
In our busy lives, it often gets difficult to look at all aspects of life from a neutral perspective. When we are vibrating at a lower frequency, we can think of only one area at a time.
Approaching others for advice might work up to a certain extent but it’s not a permanent solution nor 100% accurate. The only one who can give you the most suitable advice is your higher self.
Through a bird-eye view, you can give different aspects of life, like your family, work, friends, liabilities, plans, etc., the weightage they deserve according to you. Then you act accordingly to bring about a positive change in them.
2. Emancipation from a difficult situation
When life puts you on a difficult situation, like meeting a tight dead-line of the project, you need to find ways to avoid wasting time on things that are unclear and unproductive.
In such scenario, your higher self can come as a rescue. It might show you the futility of 20 steps where only one was needed.

This allows you freedom from inferior human traits like jealousy, rivalry and animosity. These are nothing but obstructions on your path and the sooner you wash them away, the better it is.

Everyone has a unique way to connect with their higher self. Yet, for the ones who are looking for cues to get started, here are three ways you can do so:
1. Intermittent pauses from work
This is a very useful habit if you can cultivate at work. Once you are done with a long conversation, meeting, an online course, or reading an article, don’t just jump onto the next action.
Take a pause, close your eyes and concentrate on your higher self. This way you can upload all the content to your higher self. This practice is immensely helpful as your higher self will timely send you back useful information when your lower self is busy in actions.
2. Using Arts
You need to associate certain kinds of arts with your higher self. The deeper the art, the better it is. Listening to high vibrational instrumental music can help you ascend. Likewise, abstract arts also emanate high vibrations. You can put them as your wall-paper on pc or physically.
You can either take a pause from work and listen to that music which help you connect to your higher self, or you can keep it playing in the background while you work. Either way, you get connected.
3. Reading scriptures
This is the most intense form of connection you can develop. Reading scriptures before sleep or on your free time can help you reflect on the deepest revelations of the divine beings. The act of analysing and reflecting on such wordscreate an opening in your heart for the timeless wisdom to enter.
